The New House
So for all of you who don't know anything about the new house Mom and Dad are purchasing, I got to see it last week for the first time. I must say I think they've chosen a lovely house. Here are some pictures.
Here's the front. The house is a twin so the right side is where Mom and Dad will be living if all goes well.
Here's the backyard, which is all fenced in so the dogs can be put out easily. This is one of the major perks in my view.
The mudroom where the dogs will be spending much of their time as well. This is at the back of the house and opens directly into the backyard.
The kitchen is really nice and looks like it has been recently redone. It's right next to the mudroom. There is a nice breakfast bar which I didn't really get in the shot very well. The refrigerator, which comes with the house, is basically where I'm standing to take these pictures.
The dining room is the next room. You can see here through the dining room and into the living room. Sorry this picture isn't the greatest; our camera isn't high quality. Perhaps it's been dropped too many times.
Looking into the living room and sun room which is at the very front of the house. There's a fireplace but it isn't operational. Mom and Dad are thinking of getting a gas fireplace put in there. Also observe the lovely hardwood floors throughout the house.
Looking into the sun room.
Bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2 which adjoins the master bedroom.
Master bedroom.
This is the bathroom upstairs where all the bedrooms are. You can't see it very well but to give you an idea it has similar dimensions to the one in Ryan and Ann's old house in Port Richmond except I think it's a little wider. Also, I forgot to mention there's a half bath off of the kitchen downstairs.
Pictures of the attic.
The basement.

aahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! you stole my blog post. I was going to put it up yesterday (literally on the blog and about to start writing) but then i realized you had all the indoor shots... so i was gonna call you and ask you to send them to me but it was too late. and now it's really too late. pooper smackers!
i love you anyway ☺
I love the house. It is so cute. I can't wait to see it in person.
Thanks for all the great pictures. Hopefully everything turns out.
What?! There's a dishwasher. What would that be like! After all these years, it's about time dish duty became a little easier.
