One thing I know Doug misses about being out west is all the tasty Mexican food. He has bemoaned on several occasions the fact that there is no good Mexican food to be found near us. But alas, those days are over. On Saturday a friend at work told me about a place in West Chester which is about 20 mins from our house. I was so excited to surprise Doug so we went there that night. It was delish.

Doug is thoroughly enjoying his taco as you can see. We decided to be adventurous and try some of the radioactive looking Mexican soda which you'll observe in the foreground there.

Tell Doug the best Mexican I've ever had was a little Mom and Pop restaurant in Yakima, Wa. (That is in Central Washington) It was to die for, and I was even morning sick.
You'll have to take us there when we visit next - our treat!
That makes me want to go buy some!
